Merrill Legacy Group Power of Project Management Jousett Service is a Project Management Professional (PMP) who now serves as Merrill Legacy Group's Senior President, Program Manager and Chairwoman of our Board. Ms. Service brings a wealth of knowledge from both her educational and work experiences.

 

Ms. Service is an accomplished, dedicated, self-starter with over 20 years of Project management experience. She has a proven leadership driving technical teams. Ms. Service is an excellent communicator and negotiator who possess proven abilities to design and implement effective problem-resolution strategies, by evaluating issues and developing appropriate solutions to achieve the customer’s goals and objectives. She has holds a Top Secret Clearance since 2003 with special access and can handle all of your classified projects.

 

In addition to the above skills Ms. Service is a master in Project scheduling and meets her projects milestones and deliverables. She enjoys performing her work with best practices in the industry in mind. She has worked for such companies as General Dynamics for the Defense Advanced Research and Advanced Projects Agency better known as (DARPA) as senior Project Scheduler.

 

Furthermore, Ms. Service obtained most of her Project Scheduling experience by working with the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) on 23 different projects. Ms. Service successfully integrated 23 major projects into one master project schedule that would help FAA executives to make decisions on their budgets.

 

Moreover, Ms. Service has worked as a government contractor supporting such agencies as the Air National Guard and Army on the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission better known as (BRAC). Ensuring that military families that were displaced had all communications set-up once they arrived at their new locations.

 

Accompanying the above work experience she has worked with such government agencies as Internal Revenue Service (IRS) helping to develop an internal software that would catch would- be scam artist that file online.

 

Likewise, Ms. Service worked with the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Project tracking programs funded by the Farm Bill.

 

Ms. Service worked with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) performing internal software development tracking As well as worked as a Software Engineering Consultant with the Small Business Administration (SBA) providing software analysis and recommending software that would augment their programs. Also, Ms. Service worked as Project Analysis for such companies as Keane Federal Systems and Computer Science Corporation helping companies on writing winning proposals.

 

Additionally, Ms. Service worked as a Federal employee for the Department of Energy as a Management Analyst as such she managed and analyzed US policies concerning energy and safety in handling nuclear material. Ms. Service maintained project list used to identified and tracked project status, timelines, identified potential roadblocks and prepared planning documents.

 

Together with her vast experience Ms. Service has a stellar education she received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Project Management in 2009, Masters in Project Management (MPM) in 2007 and her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2012.

 

Ms. Service is also a decorated Navy Veteran.
